The contract is expected to generate for the company revenues of approximately $400,000 during the initial one-year term and has the option for additional one-year renewals.
For the Josephine County Jail (with an average inmate population of 60), the company will provide healthcare services that include seven days a week and 12 hours a day nursing coverage, mobile x-ray, laboratory services, pharmacy services, medical supplies, and management of out-of-facility services. The contract is expected to generate for Conmed revenues of approximately $300,000 during the initial 12-month term and has the option for similar one-year renewals.
