Support.com, Inc. (SPRT) and Parks Associates Team Up for Free Webinar


Support.com announced that it will partner with Parks Associates to offer a new free webinar, Premium Support for the Home Network, on March 7 at 11 am PST (2 pm EST). James Morehead, Support.com’s VP-Product Management, and Patrice Samuels, Research Analyst at Parks Associates, will present the webinar.

James Morehead will share best practices on creating new revenue streams and developing customer loyalty. He will cite examples of how leading brands offer turnkey, differentiated, and high-margin technology services programs that are integrated with existing customer support.
