Spartan Motors, Inc. (SPAR) Division Names 2012 Salesperson of the Year

Spartan ERV (Emergency Response Vehicles), a business unit of Spartan Motors, is a leading manufacturer of custom fire trucks and other rescue vehicles. Drawing on more than 130 years of experience, the company manufactures a complete line of pumpers, tankers, rescues, aerials, and other emergency rescue vehicles.

The company recently announced the recipient of its annual Salesman of the year award. The 2012 honors went to Pino Natale of Dependable Emergency Vehicles in Ontario, Canada. Natale was responsible for 42 units sold in the 2012 calendar year.

Natale’s experience and expertise is quite diverse. He has assisted with the design and engineering of a broad range of apparatus. His experience as a firefighter, with extensive knowledge of fire department operations and extensive knowledge of Spartan’s portfolio of products, no doubt were key contributors to Natale’s success. Another factor has to be his creation of a customer-first culture at his company. His customers have grown accustomed to his personal involvement in their business.

The president of Spartan ERV, Dennis Schneider, said that Pino Natale “has the ability to effectively impact multiple markets, from metro rural, with his customer-first attitude. Individuals like Pino make it easier for our company to reach our desired audiences and provide an excellent purchase experience.”
