Quest Resource Holding’s (QRHC) Earth911 Featured in Forbes Article

Quest Resource Holding subsidiary Earth911 has been featured in Forbes’ Leadership section in an article entitled ‘How Earth911 Helps Companies Reach Eco-Conscious Customers,’ by Brian Honigman.

The article discusses Earth911’s focus on educating individuals and businesses on recycling and sustainability best practices.

“The site is dedicated to educating its 9 million readers on recycling and sustainability in their homes and communities, as well as helping businesses see the value in addressing the growing number of environmentally conscious consumers,” writes Honigman.

In the article, Earth 911 CEO Brian Dick described the company’s mission to “become the voice of the consumer to the large retailers, packaging companies and manufacturers [to alert them] that there is a strong segment out there that makes buying decisions based off of green factors.”

The article also describes how Earth911 not only provides recycling education on its website, but also extends its reach through social media.

‘”The consumer product companies and retailers that are coming to us are looking for a way to engage [with consumers]. And the quickest way to engage, especially with the younger generation, is through social media,” Dick tells Honigman.

Honigman’s article also includes information on Earth911′s consumer recycling outlet database, as well as other pertinent company information and direction.

Earth911 has also been featured on leading media outlets such as the Oprah Winfrey Show, Good Morning America, The New York Times, Mother Nature Network, and the Huffington Post.
