Ralph Schmitt Appointed as President and CEO of OCZ Technology Group, Inc. (OCZ)

The company announced that they appointed Ralph Schmitt, a recent member of their Board of Directors, as President and CEO, effective immediately. Mr. Schmitt previously served as president and CEO of PLX Technologies, Inc., a provider of semiconductor-based connectivity solutions primarily targeting the enterprise and consumer markets.
