Ascent Solar Technologies, a producer of cutting edge, flexible thin-film photovoltaic modules, integrated within the company’s new EnerPlex™ consumer product series, yesterday announced the launch of a retail presence in Colorado for the company’s products.
Ascent opened locations in Concourse B of the Denver International Airport and multiple other sites throughout the Denver metropolitan area. Specifically, Ascent has established a presence in Boulder, Aurora, and the world renowned Red Rocks amphitheatre. By opening these new retail locations, Ascent continues to foster a relationship with a diverse and educated group of consumers in Colorado, its home state.
Victor Lee, Ascent’s President & CEO said, “The launch of our first retail locations is an important step forward in Ascent’s continuing pivot into the consumer marketplace. Coupled with our rapidly expanding distributor network, these retail locations enable us to connect with consumers right here in our backyard of Colorado, gaining valuable insight.”
By introducing the EnerPlex series of products, Ascent has revolutionized the thin-film marketplace. The EnerPlex series gives customers the ability to interact with solar technology in unique ways not allowed by previous iterations of the technology, featuring products like the Surfr™ line of solar and battery integrated phone cases, as well as the Kickr™ line of portable solar chargers. The release of the Jumpr™ line-up of portable batteries delivers a complete, integrated, solar charging, and storage solution for consumers to use on the go.
