Leading global retained executive search firm, CTPartners, announced that Mr. Noah Schwarz has joined the firm as a Principal in the Financial Services Practice. Schwarz is proficient in servicing clients in investment banking, private equity, and asset management. He also has significant search expertise in industry coverage and mergers & acquisitions.
Based in CTPartners’ New York office, Schwarz joins the firm from Heidrick & Struggles where he was a member of the firm’s Global Financial Services Practice. His clients include leading investment banks and private equity firms as well as asset management, wealth management, and family office firms. He has successfully completed C-Suite assignments and placements for managing directors, directors, and vice presidents.
Earlier in his career, Schwarz spent almost six years with Goldman Sachs, first in alternative investments and then as part of the Global Management and Strategy team. He was a member of the Legal Restructuring Practice at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and has worked both at the Securities & Exchange Commission and the United States Senate. Schwarz is a graduate of Colgate University.
