Upcoming Seminar to Discuss Advantages and Opportunities of ADRs and OTCQX Trading
MZ Group, BNY Mellon, OTC Markets Group, and White & Case are hosting a special seminar next week to help executives and IR professionals learn more about the fastest growing marketplace for ADRs in the U.S. and why the largest and best international companies are choosing OTCQB for their U.S. investors. Taking place in Sao Paulo on December 11, 2012, the Globalize Your Outreach seminar will discuss the various benefits and requirements of establishing ADRs (American Depositary Receipts) for access to international investors.
Agenda
08:30 am – Registration and Coffee Break
09:00 am – Introduction by MZ Group
09:20 am – The Value of the BNY Mellon ADR
09:40 am – The OTCQB as your trading platform
10:00 am – Legal Requirements and Regulations
10:20 am – Q&A Session
10:45 am – Closing
In a press release from earlier this week, MZ North America’s John Mattio explained the importance of the information that will be presented.
“Investors are usually attracted to companies that follow clear quantitative standards and disclose their documents to the international market with the highest standards of quality,” he stated. ”By combining ADRs and the OTCQX, companies can have access to U.S. and global investors without the additional regulatory costs involved in listing on a conventional U.S. stock exchange. It can be a long-term solution for the company’s needs or the first step towards listing on the NYSE, AMEX or NASDAQ.”
The event has a limited number of seats. To register for this seminar, visit http://dtg.fm/globalize-your-outreach-rsvp
