Acquity Group Ltd. (AQ) Announces Launch of New TireBuyer.com Site


Acquity Group, a leading global Brand eCommerce(TM) and digital marketing company, today announced that TireBuyer.com, a subsidiary of American Tire Distributors and one of the nation’s largest replacement tire distributors, has been completely revamped and successfully launched. The revamped site boasts a new technology platform, and offers TireBuyer customers an improved online shopping experience.

In addition to enjoying customized results on any device based on the make and model of the customer’s vehicle, the updated layout also provides the user with a more confidant purchasing decision by taking several previously excluded factors into account, such as where they live, how they drive, and average weather conditions. The site goes a step further by allowing consumers to “try on” a variety of tires to find the best fit for their car, find competitively priced alternatives, and even connect with local dealers to finalize their orders.

Previously, the TireBuyer’s site was primarily used for direct online catalog purchases. By providing a streamlined, top-down approach, the new site allows consumers to browse and quickly narrow down tire options.
