Exciting things are happening for Swisher Hygiene. On Wednesday, the hygiene and sanitizing products and services provider unveiled its newest 54,000 square foot manufacturing and training facility near Phoenix, Arizona. The new facility will allow the company to significantly and efficiently expand its production capabilities in the Southwest region.
Swisher’s new facility will be used to manufacture a variety of liquid, solid, and powder chemical products. It includes a state-of-the-art laboratory and training room with a fully operational dish room and restroom space. These spaces will enhance Swisher’s product innovation and allow its team to stay at the forefront of new product development.
The new facility will also house Swisher’s regional parts and dish machine distribution center. Finally, it has the space for additional finished goods storage, which will facilitate more efficient deliveries to the company’s southwest regional distributors and customers.
Swisher’s COO, Blake Thompson, remarked, “We are enthusiastic about this new facility, which is a key part of our plan to standardize and simplify our cost structure while allowing Swisher to better serve our customers in the Southwest. The facility is a significant step-up in terms of efficiency from our previous operations in the region, and with additional space and modern manufacturing equipment in place, we expect to enhance our overall production while improving our distribution capabilities to deliver our products faster and more efficiently to our customers.”
