PITOOEY!, Inc. (PTOO) Promotes Key Offerings to Establish Unique Foothold in Digital Advertising Space

Digital marketing agency PITOEEY! recently completed beta testing of its flagship product, a proprietary technology designed to help consumers locate and receive deals and offers from stores and other places of interest, deliverable on their iPhone. The PITOOEY! App allows users to create a list of vendors or businesses from which they want to receive deals and subscribe to that specific vendor. This ensures that the consumer only receives deals from businesses of their choosing and enables them to find nearby locations and search favorite places.

Conversely, the technology assists companies in establishing and developing their presence on the Internet to enhance their visibility and communication with consumers. The Pitooey! App provides businesses with a platform to send their subscribers, who have already displayed interest in their products or services by subscribing, highly personalized messages based on the consumer’s lifestyle preference and interests.

PITOOEY! in May completed beta testing of the app, taking the product live in 50 cities throughout the United States in 50 days.

PITOOEY! continues to raise awareness of its product through an enhanced online presence as well as participating in strategic sponsor opportunities such as the “Los Tres Amigos” annual networking mixer in Scottsdale, Ariz. The company hosted a booth at the event and was able to demonstrate to attendees its app technology and Choice One Mobile subsidiary, which helps clients establish and promote their social media or online presence.

For the quarter ended May 31, 2013, Choice One Mobile began generating sales and the company realized gross profit of $46,887. PITOOEY! anticipates that its app will be accretive to revenues in the fourth quarter of 2013.

PITOOEY! said it is continuously seeking ways to refine its services to maximize revenue while providing its customers with a rate of return that exceeds what they would achieve with traditional marketing and media outlets.

“Blending the two disparate objectives is an art form that we are attempting to master and slight dips in revenue may occur in future periods, as a result,” the company stated in a recent filing.
