recently announced the resignation of Ms. Yaqing Hu and Ms. Hui Zhu from their
positions as members of the Board of Directors of the company, effective August
31, 2018. TMSR’s board appointed Mr. Hongxiang Yu as a director of the board
and chairman of the audit committee and Ms. Yilei Shao as a director of the
board and chairwoman of the compensation committee. “We’d like to thank Ms. Zhu
