The meeting, which was held on May 26, 2021, was held virtually. At the meeting, the company held its election of directors. Eight individuals were proposed by management for election as directors. Those eight individuals are J. Birks Bovaird, Mark S. Chalmers, Benjamin Eshleman III, Barbara A. Filas, Bruce D. Hansen, Dennis L. Higgs, Robert W. Kirkwood and Alexander Morrison. The company announced that all eight nominees were elected by company shareholders through a combination of votes by proxy and electronic poll.
