TerrAscend Corp. (CSE: TER) (OTCQX: TRSSF) has entered into a distribution
agreement with Israel-based pharma-tech company Syqe Medical, Ltd. to launch
Syqe’s flagship product, the Syqe(TM) Inhaler, in Canada. The Syqe Inhaler is a
metered-dose medical cannabis inhaler that provides quick pain relief while
decreasing psychoactive effects and enabling patients to go about their normal
daily activities. The inhaler’s use of metered dosing allows patients and
healthcare providers to consistently deliver treatment at pharmaceutical
standards. Through its wholly owned subsidiaries, TerrAscend Canada and Solace
Health Network, TerrAscend will undertake marketing, distribution, and sales
