The acquisition is designed to contribute to Knightscope’s sales strategy based on CASE’s relationships with numerous key clients, which include but are not limited to: New York Police Department (“NYPD”), New York City Fire Department (“FDNY”), San Bernardino County Transportation Commission (“SBCTC”), San Luis Obispo Council of Governments (“SLOCOG”), Ventura County Transportation Commission (“VCTC”), and Orange County Transportation Authority (“OCTA”).
