Upon completion of the proposed acquisition, the dealer’s license will enable Pivot (through Agro-Biotech) to conduct research and store cannabis derivatives that are not currently covered under the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations.
With the acquisition of Agro-Biotech, Pivot Pharmaceuticals will control the entire manufacturing process from seed to medical derivatives and capture margins along the entire supply chain. The dealer’s license will move Pivot another step closer to becoming one of the only vertically integrated cannabis biotech companies in the world.
